Zbigniew Bor is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty: Mechanics and Machine Construction, Field of study: Machines and Equipment of the Chemical Industry, where he obtained a master’s degree in engineering.
Zbigniew Bor has been Development Director at SPEC-REM S.A. since January 2019, responsible for the development of new business areas and the acquisition of new clients in Poland and abroad.
His previous professional experience was related to design services in the refining and petrochemical industries and implementation of EPC projects (turnkey). He worked, among others, in the company ORLEN Projekt S.A. where he went through all stages of his career from Design Engineer, Head of Mechanical Department, Project Manager, to the position of Director of Production Management. The next stage was the establishment of a new engineering company TECHNIK Polska Sp. z o.o., of which he was a long-time President.
As Project Manager, his responsibilities included the implementation of projects related to the modernization of Fluid Catalytic Cracking in Poland and abroad, he participated in 7 of such modernizations.
