We provide services in the scope of installation of columns, reactors and tanks on foundations and steel structures for both newly built units as well as modernized ones. Installation of new equipment on modernized facilities often meets the problem of difficult access and high density of plant units. In such cases, specific skills and extensive assembly experience should be demonstrated. For difficult assembly operations, Projects of Works Organization (PWO) are always prepared – our engineers, in cooperation with proven engineering design offices, create a detailed plan of works together with drawing documentation, lifting plans taking into account the work schedule.

We have extensive experience in assembly of internal fillings of pressure equipment, including columns and reactors. The scope of our activity includes:

• assembly of trays in columns
• assembly of grates in reactors
• assembly of demisters
• assembly of distributors
• arrangement of structural fillings in reactors and columns
• loading the reactors with catalysts and adsorbents
• loading the columns with rings
• preparing the column for internal inspection by preparing an “inspection hole”

In addition to installation and assembly works, we have references for the modernization of pressure equipment, including:

• replacement of shell plates in pressure equipment without the need to disassemble the tank. We have experience in replacing the bottom shell plates of the column without disassembling it.
• assembly of new nozzles, manholes
• installation of additional reinforcements
• replacement of internal components, new supports under trays and fillings
• adding the additional sheet plate
• leveling of storage tanks

For modernization works, we have the appropriate qualifications of the Office of Technical Inspection for assembly and welding works, in the scope of modernization and repair of pressure and non-pressure equipment for poisonous, corrosive and flammable materials.

Thanks to many years of experience in refinery works, we have the appropriate knowledge and procedures to conduct hot works on the operated installation on the basis of a one-day permit.
