Robert Bednarski is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (1992 – 1997), where he obtained a diploma in the field of Quantitative Methods and Information Systems.
Robert Bednarski has been the Vice President of the Management Board since March 2015 and he is the shareholder in SPEC-REM S.A., which is operating on the market of maintenance and repair services in the chemical and refining industry. He is responsible for financial, purchasing, administrative issues and human resources.
He gained previous professional experience while performing high management functions, among others, in PKN ORLEN S.A., Basell Orlen Polyolefins, Ciech S.A., Boryszew S.A. and Polimex-Mostostal S.A. During the last dozen or so years he was a member of supervisory bodies in over twenty commercial companies in Poland and abroad.
